Billie Jo Breeze "Pogue Jo" Our loving mother, sister, aunt and friend, Billie Jo Steen Breeze, 43, passed away unexpectedly May 5, 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born October 31, 1971 in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Kenneth Lawrence and Barbara Jean Wheat Steen. Married Troy Breeze and together had two children, Brandon and Derek (Jennika) Breeze. She worked 10 years as a lunch lady at Alta View High School. Survived by sons; siblings Lorna (Kenny) Clark, Kenny Steen, Darla (Quinn) Scott, Bobbie (Ronnie) Cameron, Marty (Jamie) Steen. Preceded in death by parents and grandparents. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 15, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at the Jordan Parkway Ward, 3935 South 1500 West. Viewings will be held Thursday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Friday at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
