Luana Lawson Ostler

Luana Lawson Ostler May 24,1926 ~ July 30, 2015 Luana passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, July 30, 2015. Luana married Robert L. Ostler on July 28, 1942. Together they raised a family of eight children: Paul (Toni), Bruce (Jean), Mike (Roberta), Randy (Anita), Cindy, Boyd (LeAnn), Rick and Deb (Robert). She is survived by her eight children, 26 grandchildren, 77 great grandchildren and 25 great-great grandchildren. Luana is loved by all and will be truly missed with her quick wit and her piss and vinegar attitude. She loved to tell stories and talk about days passed. She is preceded in death by her husband, grandson, seven siblings and parents. Special thanks to Deb and Robert for all the years of care that they provided for grandma and opening up their home to take care of her. There is not enough gratitude for what they have done for grandma. Graveside services will be held Wednesday August 5, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 W. 4100 S.
