Carlita Klea Davis Hilton "Always and Ever"

August 7, 1929 — March 8, 2017

Your parents, Carl Larson Davis and Orthia Ballinger Davis welcomed you into this world on August 7, 1929 in Salt Lake City. As you served, nurtured, taught, fed, and loved, you became a ray of sunshine in the lives of so many. You joined that ray with your husband, Keith Bradley Hilton on March 21, 1946 in the Salt Lake Temple, and together, you became the sunshine that penetrated the lives of so many people and families throughout the years. You brightened the lives of others as you served in many callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You dedicated many years to teaching school children and becoming a model for others to follow. Together with your husband, you created a brilliant circle of family that includes six children and their spouses, several fostered children and families, and 47 descendants, all with bright lights of their own. Your home was a haven to many people throughout the world as you welcomed one and all into your home. Together you warmed the hearts of countless individuals in your selfless service each day. You took great pleasure in being a mother, and have been the most exemplary grandmother; a champion for all. You left us on March 8, 2017 after 87 years, to join the love of your life for eternity. We will miss you, but hold close that light and warmth in our hearts. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2017, 12:00 pm at the Cannon 5th Ward, 1250 West 1400 So, Salt Lake City.
