Allen Richard Anderson

Our loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, left this life March 26, 2014 to attend a heavenly reunion. He was born July 18, 1928 in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a valiant servant, Allen served a two year mission in the Central States Mission, then served his country in the Korean War. Allen and Betty were married in the Salt Lake Temple April 17, 1953 and together had five children which he considered his greatest blessings. His final wish was to have a picture of his whole family, it came true when all 58 members came together last Sunday. In their later years Allen and Betty served a mission in the Sandy LDS Employment Center and as Stake missionaries. He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many church callings, influencing and teaching both young and old.
