Alma Joan Wilhite Copeland

Jo Copeland Gone Bowling Alma Joan Copeland, 73, passed away December 25, 2012 in Taylorsville, Utah. Born December 6, 1939 to Fred and Goldie Wilhite. Married Festus Ray Copeland; he preceded her in death. She was Miss Galena Kansas in her youth, a competitive horse rider, bowler, and managed bowling tournaments in Elko, NV. She was an avid gardener, grew gorgeous house plants, had many friends, loved by all who met her, was a jovial person and lived life to the fullest. Survived by daughter Pam (Nick) Mascarenas; grandchildren: Jason Peterson, Zack, and RaeAnna Mascarenas, Brandon Copeland; great-granddaughter, Trinity Copeland. Also preceded in death by daughter, Julie Rae Peterson; granddaughter, Rachel Desirae Peterson. Interment to be held in Entiat, Washington. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
