Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend,

Andrew Carlos Christensen, 87, of Taylorsville Utah passed away peacefully in his

home on January 28, 2023. Andy was born on May 26, 1935 to Isabel Louise

Mickelson Christensen and Andrew Ivan Christensen. He was the oldest of seven

children. Andy grew up in Eureka, Utah where his father worked at the mine.

Andy was a graduate of Tintic High School where he met his sweetheart, Jeanette.

Andy was the center for the basketball team and Jeanette was a cheerleader.

After high school Andy worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and in the mining

industry. Andy and Jeanette were married on April 20, 1957. Andy was drafted

by traveling the world, exploring in their 5th wheel, doing temple work and

spending time with close friends. They had twenty-six joyful years together and

were a blessing in each other's lives, as well as the lives of their combined

children and grandchildren.

Andy enjoyed running, camping, hunting, snowmobiling, riding his side by side,

and traveling. He loved spending time with his lifelong neighborhood friends

golfing and getting a Diet Coke at Burger King.

each and every grandchild.
