Ashlee Canella Ruoti

A fight well fought, a star so bright, our adventurous, funny, determined Ashlee Canella Ruoti continued her own ride to the stars on January 14, 2016, finally free of all her struggles. Ashlee was born June 15, 1985, to Michael Alfred and Jerolyn Hagelberg Ruoti in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from Hunter High School in June of 2004. She was working on various certifications in computer engineering at SLCC. She loved to fish, hunt, X-Files, camp, travel, basketball, and funeral potatoes. She leaves behind her parents; siblings, Heather, Meggan (Caleb) Reeve, Zachary, and Joshua (Sherri); nephew, Jaxson Seely; her beloved dog, Rylee; uncles; aunts; cousins; and best friends, Kelly, Valarie, Jessi, and Kayleigh. She is preceded by her older sister, Harvest; grandparents; aunt, Pam Ruoti; and various special friends. A viewing will be from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016, followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road in Taylorsville.
