Barbara Ann Nelson returnedhome to her Heavenly Father and herdear sweetheart, Paul Magnuson onOctober 16 , 2015 surrounded by herchildren and loved ones. Her faith in herHeavenly Father and her Eternal familygave her the strength to persevere inthis life and ultimately find rest in theirarms. Barbara was born to the lateRulon and Dora Rich in Kenilworth, Utahon October 14, 1928. She married PaulMagnuson in Grand Junction Coloradoand later sealed their love in the LDS Manti Temple for all eternity. They made their home in Castle Dale,Utah where they raised their four beautiful children. Paul worked asa coal miner while Barbara worked as a homemaker until his untimelySurvived by her children, Rulon (Launie) Magnuson, Kenna (Ken)Adair, Marilyn (Larry) Rosquist, her best buddy Paula Magnuson; 13grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren;brother, Kent Powell and sisters, Aleen Riley, Rula Sacco & Illa Steele.Preceded in death by her husband Paul Magnuson; parents Rulon Rich,Dora & Alford Powell, grandson, Brent Glade Hatch & sister SheilaFuneral services will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2015, 10:00 a.m.at the Jordan 1st Ward, 4150 So. 3920 West.
