Betty Robison

February 8, 1941 — June 12, 2024

Betty Robison, 83, passed away on June 12, 2024, in West Jordan, Utah.

Betty was born on February 8, 1941, in Murray, Utah to Oscar Henninger and Myrtle Henninger.

Betty graduated from East High School in 1959. She worked as an Eligibility Specialist with a third-party administrator.

Betty married Evan Robison on December 11, 1964, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The couple had 3 children, Sandy Robison of West Jordan, Kris Carmichael (Bob) of West Jordan, and Michele Fuller (Chad) of Draper.

Betty was best known for crocheting and gifting beautiful blankets, she had a contagious laugh and a smile that reflected in her eyes. She was an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved unconditionally and was extremely selfless. She was a hard worker and taught her girls the importance of hard work and never giving up. She kept an impeccable home where everyone was welcome. She enjoyed working and was disappointed that she had to retire earlier than expected. If you wanted an honest answer or opinion, she would always give it. She loved and adored her grandkids and great-grandkids and would always ask when the next great-grandchild would be coming. The love she shared with her sweet husband Evan was one for the ages, was admired by many, and was something to aspire to. She fought hard even in the last days. While Alzheimer's robbed her of her memory and changed her, she never lost the love in her heart and the care and concern she always had for others. Words cannot express how much she will be missed but we are eternally grateful for the life she lived, the love she shared and the family she built. We will never forget, and we will live our lives in a way that will honor her memory.

Betty is survived by her husband, her daughters Sandy, Kris, and Michele, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Terry Henninger, and John Henninger, and her sister Ruth Truswell.
