Blaine Taylor Cottle

Blaine Taylor Cottle was born in Fairview, Idaho April 16, 1933 to LaVell and Areta Taylor Cottle and died February 26, 2015. The family lived on a farm in Fairview and later moved to Preston, Idaho. After graduating from high school, Blaine joined the Army and was discharged in June, 1956. He received a National Defense Medal and a Good Conduct Medal. After getting out of the service, he moved to Tooele, Utah and worked at the Tooele Army Depot until he retired. He then moved to a retirement community in Salt Lake City. He was well liked by everyone there and was well known for his well kept yard and beautiful flowers. Preceded in death by his parents; sister, LaVell; brothers Wayne and Herman. Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 7, 2015, 1:00 p.m. at the Preston Cemetery, Preston, Idaho.
