Brenda Elaine Russell Dais

Brenda Dais 1940 ~ 2011 Brenda Elaine Russell Dais was born October 23, 1940 in Des Moines, Iowa to Eugene Gilbert and Elaine Maxine Malloy Russell. Brenda fought a valiant and courageous fight against Multiple Myeloma cancer, but on August 8, 2011, 2:22 a.m., the Lord God in Heaven called her home. Brenda was well loved throughout the Salt Lake City area. Her contributions were many in the film industry as well as sitting on several boards. She was a graduate of Westminster College where she received her BS in Science in 1981. Brenda was a true to form angel on earth and will be missed by all who knew her. She always seemed to find the strength to go forward through her life no matter how bumpy the road was. On June 29, 1992 Brenda took, in matrimonial hand, Robert Lee Dais as her soul mate, a union sewn together like a hand in glove. Brenda leaves behind, to cherish her memory, husband, Robert, Salt Lake City; daughters: Tanya (Greg) Lang, West Valley City; Holly (David) Fiefia, Salt Lake City; Pamela (Allen) Jackson, US Army stationed in Germany; son, Carl D Reynolds, Salt Lake City; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Bara-Jo Gater, Denver, CO; plus a host of family and friends. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 14, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Missionary Church, 1090 South State Street, SLC, UT.
