Brielle Grace Henrie

Brielle Grace Henrie was born on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. A sweet, but all-too-brief hour and fourteen minutes later Brielle passed to the spirit world while being held in the arms of her loving mother, Ashley while she was surrounded by her father, Robert; sister, Celeste; brother, Sawyer and many other loved ones from both sides of the veil. As they knew what was awaiting them at the end of the pregnancy, her parents wanted to give her a meaningful name. Brielle was chosen because it means, "God is my strength." Her name gives all something strong to hold onto. Although her time here on earth was short, she has blessed and continues to bless many lives. Her time with us was quiet, but we were able to hear her gentle voice a few times. Brielle and her sister, Celeste, have always had a special connection, from before she came to our family and continues on through today. We were given many tender mercies that led up to her birth that give us peace and help us remember just how special she is, including the special connection between Brielle and her great uncle, Tim, who was blessed with Down-Syndrome. They will always be near each other in spirit and body. Left to await the day when she will greet them again are her parents, Robert and Ashley Henrie; her siblings, Celeste and Sawyer; her paternal grandparents, Paul and Lynda Henrie; her maternal grandparents, Lee and Cindy Glines; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family expresses deepest gratitude to the many doctors and nurses at the Intermountain Medical Center and Primary Children's Hospital, their doula: Michelle Holmes, the Rainbow Kids organization at Primary Children's Hospital, Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, Elana Marie Photography, Holly Lythgoe, McDougal Funeral Home, the Willow Springs Ward of Eagle Mountain, Utah, the Colonial Park Ward of West Jordan, Utah, and our many family and friends for all their love, comfort, service and support. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at 6695 S. 2200 W. West Jordan, Utah 84084. A viewing will be held prior to the funeral Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
