Bryan Jay Teasdale, age 44, returned home to his Father in Heaven Friday October 13, 2017 after a courageous fight with Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) and a faulty heart valve. Bryan was born August 25, 1973 to Melvin Jay Teasdale and Linda Joyce Larsen in Salt Lake City Utah. He grew up in West Valley City and graduated from Granger High School. As a young man he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America. Bryan married the love of his life Marci Richardson on March 21, 2003, in the Salt Lake Temple, and was later blessed with three amazing children whom he loved with all his heart. As an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Bryan served in many callings and helped many people. He finished his service as the ward clerk. Bryan was a quiet giant. He didn't have a lot to say, but he loved spending time with his family and friends. Bryan loved excitement. Roller coasters and thrill rides were his passion. The scarier the attraction, the better it was. He would often be heard saying, "You have to try it at least once". He is survived by his wife, Marci; his children AJ, Lexi, and Aidan; parents Melvin and Linda Teasdale; his brother Brett (Diana) Teasdale. There will be a viewing Wednesday, October 18th from 6:00 - 8:00pm at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Road Taylorsville UT. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 19th at 10:00 am at the LDS church building 6253 West 6200 South, West Valley. There will be a small viewing and family prayer held at 9:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted to help with funeral expenses at https://www.gofundme.com/bryan-teasdale- memorial-fund or directly to Marci Teasdale.
