Bud Glen Braithwaite

Our beloved Father, Grandpa, Papa, Poppy, inspiration and friend, joined his mom on July 8, 2017. Born May 31, 1935 to Lawrence & Neva Braithwaite in Salt Lake; 1 of 15 children. Bud was an avid outdoors man. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He found great pride in driving big trucks and knew the highways well. Bud was a member of the Teamsters union for over 40 years. At age 15, Bud rode his horse "Browny" delivering mail; one of the last Pony Express Riders known as "Our Legend" in Nevada. Bud was a wonderful father of 4 sons, and 4 daughters, 79 grandchildren & great-grandchildren. A gathering will be held Wednesday, July 12th, 6:00 p.m. at his home, 2548 S. Chatham Street, WVC, UT 84119. Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 13th, 10:00 a.m., at the Manti Cemetery, Manti, Utah.
