In Loving Memory of Dr. C Earl Alsop
Earl was born on May 24, 1931, in Sandy, Utah. He returned to his heavenly home on November 12, 2023.
Earl is survived by his wife Jane and their children Michael (Nancy), David (Peggy), Susan (Ross) Pope, Steven (GeAnna), Ron (Anette), Jesse, Tom (Niki), Jennifer, and Tom (Wendy) Brauer. Additionally he leaves behind a legacy of grand-children and great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Charles Earl Alsop and Elizabeth Hyler; his brothers Rodney, Darwin, and Jerry; his Sisters Anna Mae, Leone, LaRue, Donna, Pearl, Faye, and Dora Beth.
He loved camping with his family and enjoyed music and often greeted family members with a song.
He was a Doctor of Chiropractic and his phrase of "Keep Smiling!" always left a smile on your face. He served in many church callings and served in the Salt Lake and Jordan River Temple for about 40 yrs. He taught his children the joy of the Gospel and how to be hard workers. He will be missed.
A viewing/celebration of life will take place on Friday, November 17, 2023, from Noon - 1:00 pm.
Funeral services will commence at 1:30 pm. The viewing and funeral services will take place at the Taylorsville 19th Ward House, 2030 West Chateau Avenue, Taylorsville, Utah.
Interment will be at Redwood Memorial Estates on 6500 South Redwood Road, also in Taylorsville.
