Carmen Hernandez 1973 ~ 2011 Carmen Hernandez, 37, passed away May 22, 2011 in Magna, Utah. She was born June 17, 1973 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Carmen s laughter always filled the room. She enjoyed traveling and camping, Pineview was a favorite. She loved her family and friends and touched everyone s heart. Carmen, we will all miss you. Survived by father and stepmother, Magdaleno and Keri Hernandez; mother, Anita Cordova; siblings: Nancy (Jeff), Mackie (Erica), Christopher, Orlando, Tyler, Austin, Jacob and Jacki; brother-in-law, Blake; children: Monica, Dean, Jessica, Andrew and David. Preceded in death by grandparents. Services will be held Friday, May 27, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2864 South 9000 West where a visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to Mass.
