Charles William Rasband, III "Gone Fishing" Charles William Rasband, III also fondly known as Chip, Chuck or Charlie was born December 26, 1977. He left this world on January 1, 2015. Chip as he was lovingly called by his family was a blessing from the day of his birth to his last day. His Loving ,Gentle, Kind and Forgiving ways will be missed every day. He was a cherished Son, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. He is survived by his parents Earlene and Charles Rasband; sisters Charlene Annette Rasband , Cheryl Anne Rasband; brothers Christopher Wayne (Loralie) Rasband; Clint Wade Rasband; nieces and nephews McKayla, MegHan, Johnny, Alex, Mya, Bruce, Jackson & Noah and many aunts, uncles,& cousins. He is preceded in death by his niece Isabella. Chip, you have no idea the impact you had on the lives around you. We will miss your laugh, your hugs, your computer expertise and your everyday presence. May you soar with the Angels and remain in God's loving care until we meet again. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 6, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road with a viewing 1:00-1:45 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
