Chester Glen Privett, 84 passed away September 8, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born August 26, 1932 in Murray, Utah to Chester Ivor and Lavina Marjorie Mortensen Privett. Married Peggy Meads, March 10, 1956. Chester served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Hercules. Survived by 3 sons: Larry (Tami), Bryan (Linda), Duane (Carol); 1 daughter, Glenda (Mike) Long; brother Keith (Sue); 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife Peggy; grandson Tyler; and sister, Irene. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, with a viewing from 11-11:45 a.m. prior to the funeral service.
