Chloe Ann McFadden Isaac

Chloe Ann Isaac 1937 ~ 2012 Chloe Ann Isaac, age 74, passed away on September 20, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 6, 1937 in Salt Lake City to John and Helen McFadden. Chloe attended Granite High School and was part of the first graduating class at Olympus High School. She met her sweetheart Ron while working at the Saltair Beach Resort in 1952. They were married February 4, 1956, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Chloe easily made friends wherever she was and cherished her longtime special group of friends from her early days in the Jordan North 4th Ward. Chloe worked for many years for Granite School District in an Elementary School lunch room and as a school secretary. She was a loving wife and great mother to her three boys. For many years they enjoyed spending family weekends at their cabin in the mountains. Her favorite time to be there was in the Fall when the leaves were changing colors. Chloe took great joy in her family and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to cook for special occasions; Christmas Eve was a special time to make favorite treats for each person to go along with her fantastic dinners. Anyone who visited her home was always offered something to eat before they left. Chloe had a great love for music and singing; she served in several LDS church callings as a Chorister and Accompanist. The family wishes to express special gratitude to Chloe s doctors and their staff; Dr. Roy J. Gandolfi at Granger Medical Center and Dr. C. Gregory Elliott at IMC. Survived by her husband of 56 years Ronald; Sons: Scott (Debbie), Steve (Diana), Stewart (Carrie), 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Debbie Fairbourn and brother, Mike McFadden. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 26th, 11:00 a.m. at the Jordan North 4th Ward, 4270 S. Falcon St. (4145 W). Viewing will be held Tuesday, September 25th 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and again Wednesday 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church.
