Clarice Hamp May

On December 24, 2017, Heaven gained this beautiful, loving and caring angel. Clarice was born in Richmond, Utah on February 6, 1927 to John and Hazel Hamp. She married Eugene May in June of 1950. During their 67 years of marriage, they were foster parents to numerous children and raised 3 children of their own. Clarice was active in the LDS church and served in many callings. She was known as Grandma May to both young and old. Survived by husband Eugene; brother Keith; children Allison (Kent) Bath, Steven May, Kenneth (Karen) May; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at the LDS church building on 5380 West 5400 South. Viewings will be held Friday, December 29th, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Road and again Saturday prior to services at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates. Place of Birth:Richmond, UtahPlace of Death:Salt Lake City, Utah
