Debbie Rothwell 1958 ~ 2014 Born January 21, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Dale and Doris Broadhead. She passed away January 19, 2014 peacefully at her home. She is preceded in death by parents and brother Mike. Her memory will be carried forward by her husband Dave; children Jason, Krista, Steven and their families; 7 grandchildren; siblings Don, DeAnne, Karen and Mickey. A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, January 23, 2014, 6-9:00 p.m. at Cruzrs, 3939 So. Highland Dr. A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, January 25, 2014, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
