Our unforgettable beloved mother, sister, aunt, wife and friend, Debra Ann Duran, 48, passed away March 29, 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born November 5, 1966 in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Louis and Bertha Salaz Duran. Married Joseph Pena; later divorced. Married John Bonvie. Survived by loving husband, John; children Gina Pena, Angel Duran, Genevieve Duran and Alonzo Duran; 11 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Rudy Duran, Linda Herrera, Richard Duran, Louis Duran, Becky Duran and Terry Garcia. Preceded in death by parents, Louis and Bertha; grandparents Cleo and Thomas; brothers, Johnny Duran and Eppie Duran; sister, Emily Duran; and daughter, Feliz. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, April 10, 2015, 12:00 noon at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 1058 W. 400 So. To celebrate her life, the family requests wearing white to the viewing which will be held Thursday, April 9, 2015, 6-8 pm at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A viewing will also be held Friday at the church, 11-12:00 noon. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to help offset funeral costs.
