Delores Ann Pleasant Dolle Jones

Delores Pleasant Dolle Jones passed away peacefully at her home in Murray, Utah surrounded by her loving family on October 15, 2015 after a long illness. She was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on August 30, 1937, the daughter of Kenneth and Leona Pleasant. In November 3, 1954, Delores married Roland E. Dolle Jr. They were divorced in 1983. On May 19, 1984 she married Arthur John Jones. They lived and worked in Dugway, Utah until they retired and spent the next few years traveling the country in their motorhome, enjoying visits with their family and friends. Delores loved working on crafts, cooking, and being active at her church. Survived by her first husband, Roland E. Dolle Jr.; husband Arthur John Jones; sons Ron Dolle (Donna), Stephen Dolle, Scott Dolle (Tammy), Andy Dolle (Sheridan); and Arthur's children who were just like her very own, Gene Jones (Carlene), Doris Jones, Linda Jackson, Grayce Hopkins (Eric), Donna Jean Hill (Dave) John Jones, Romona Romero (George), Bob Jones; 22 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents Kenneth Pleasant and Leona Pleasant; sister Ginny Moses (Jack); brother Chuck Gilmore; stepdaughter Judy Lynn Jones Boel. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 19, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 4290 West 5415 South. Viewings will be held Sunday, October 18, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and prior to services, 10-10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
