Dennis Chadwick

Dennis Kay Chadwick passed away on December 3, 2023, in West Valley City, Utah. He was born to Ruth and Wells Chadwick on August 18, 1939, in Los Angeles, California. He had 4 siblings, Morris Wells Chadwick, Larry Earl Chadwick, Sharon Chadwick, and Lois Ann Chadwick. When Dennis was 8 years old, his family moved to Springville, Utah. He went on a mission to Pennsylvania and New York and was part of the Hill Cumorah Pageant. Shortly after his return home, he was drafted into the Army, where he became a cook, as he enjoyed making people happy through food.

In 1968, he married Ellen-Marie Pederson. They welcomed their son Shane Alexander Chadwick on July 2, 1972. Dennis enjoyed being a boy scout leader and soccer coach.

Dennis loved being part of his local senior center, where he taught exercise classes. He is survived by his son Shane Chadwick, daughter-in-law Heather Goodenough, step-granddaughter Ashley, granddaughter Karma Chadwick, his brother Larry, and his sisters Sharon and Lois.

Dennis was a cheerful man, always ready with a bright smile and contagious laugh. He will be remembered fondly.
