Don Hal Broadhead

Don H. Broadhead, age 83, went home to his sweetheart, Beulah Broadhead in the early hours of February 14, 2019. Don was the youngest of seven children born May 30, 1935 in Heber City, Utah to Earnest and Mary Broadhead. He was a 1953 graduate of Wasatch High School and served in the United States Army from 1958 to 1960. In 1961 he married his lifelong love, Beulah Wheeler, later solemnized in the Salt Lake City Temple on December 20, 1963. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served many church callings. Don loved being with his family while hunting, fishing, camping, or just relaxing at home. He also enjoyed numerous hobbies, including making knives, which he shared with many loved ones.

Don will be lovingly remembered by his children, Carma (Kent) Nay, Bryan Broadhead, Lynn (Terri) Broadhead; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Beulah Broadhead; son, Thomas Broadhead; and grandson Shaun Nay.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 21st, 11:00 a.m., Kearns 10th Ward, 4865 South 5020 West, Kearns, Utah, where a viewing will be held prior to services from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment, Heber City Cemetery, 700 North 550 East. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Don’s life.
