Don Carol Longmore Dec 3, 1931 - Jan 19, 2012 Our loving husband, dad, grandpa, brother and friend passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2012. He was not a man of many words, but he taught by his example. He lived as the scriptures say, going about doing good. He died peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, who loved him very much. He felt bad to leave his family. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He spent many hours in his lifetime serving in church assignments and helping others. He married his loving wife, Mary Louise Svedin, in the Salt Lake Temple on June 22, 1951. Together they raised seven wonderful children; Maryann Parker (Luther), Bart (Barbara), Michael (Debra), Paula Clawson (Grig), Daniel (Lynette), David, and Karyl. He loved being with his family. He was blessed with 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He and Mary faithfully served a mission to the Denver Temple. He loved the outdoors and natures beauties as well as playing golf with his friends and family. His talents were many and he made many beautiful things and fixed everything. He will be greatly missed by many. He will be in our hearts forever. We are happy to know that we will be with him again. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Pamela Nicole Longmore, and by his parents Elmer and Lillian Longmore. Thanks to IHC hospice for their help and especially Suzie for all she did.
