Donald E. Proctor Donald Don Eugene Proctor passed away March 31, 2012 in Sandy, Utah. He was born May 29, 1930 in Greenville, PA to Harry and Ella Simpson Proctor. Don was proud to have served in the US Marines and had a deep love of his country. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was owner and operator of Proctor Floor and Wall Decorating Center in Greenville, Pennsylvania for 20 years. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Carole Hower; daughter, Vickie; 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 7, 2012 in Utah.
