Our loving wife, mother and grandmother, suffered cardiac arrest and passed away July 25, 2017. Doris Ruth Lehman Stauffer was born April 25, 1941 in Salt Lake City, Utah to August Lehman Jr. And Amanda Gerber. Doris graduated from Granger High School in 1959. She attended LDS Business College and worked as a keypunch operator at the Utah State Capitol Building, followed by many years as a school aide. Doris married A Ronald Stauffer on August 15, 1963. Doris has many interests and talents including, bowling, crocheting beautiful baby blankets, burp rags, bibs, and hooded baby towels, knitting washcloths, embroidery, and many other types of crafts. She was a dedicated Utah Jazz fan, loved gardening and made the best homemade rolls around. She loved spending time with her family, going camping, riding motorcycles in Cedar Valley and enjoying the togetherness with her sweetheart. Doris is survived by her devoted husband; and their children: Kevin Stauffer, Denise (Greg) Knight, Blaine (Terri) Stauffer, Stacie (Andy) Adams, and Ronda (Jarod) Moffitt; 17 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, another expected this fall; and her brother Robert Lehman. Preceded in death by her infant son; parents; and 1 brother. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 1st, 11:00 a.m., at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where viewings will be held Monday, July 31st, 6-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, August 1st, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
