Emily McAllister Smith "I will love you forever and a day!" Emily McAllister Smith, 31, of Clearfield, Utah, passed away on December 30, 2013 following a short illness. Born December 16, 1982, Emily, the daughter of Wilford D. and Zelda B. McAllister (Taylorsville), will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Emily loved music and was a gifted pianist. Prior to her graduation from Taylorsville High School, she played in the Jazz Band, sang with the Concert Choir and Madrigals. She married her best friend and love of her life, Jared Tyler Smith. They are the parents of three beautiful children, Toby T. (12), Charity A. (10) and Ashton T. (8). Emily is survived by her husband and children; her parents and sister, Rachel M. Tauveli (WVC); and Jared's parents, Margaret and Layne Glines (Clinton). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family at Zions Bank to the "Jared Smith Donation" account. Services will be held Saturday, January 4, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at the Hazelhurst Ward, 3045 West Bernina Drive (5820 South), Taylorsville, Utah. Viewings will be Friday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
