The Love Story continues; at 5:18 a.m. July 2, 2018, Eugene Edward Baker was reunited with his eternal sweetheart. Born June 26, 1928, eldest son of Edward Louis Baker and Helen Louise Brydson followed by two brothers Ronald Shane and David Lynn. Married Vera LaRae Gould, December 17, 1948 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple and together they loved and raised eight children. Those continuing the legacy include Helen (Mike) Emms, Catherine (Theron) Anderson, Lynn (Teri) Baker, Richard (Julie) Baker, Debra (Loren) Nielsen, Annette Richman, Mark (Daina) Baker, Donald Baker; with grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren of over one hundred and growing. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 6, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the West Jordan 21st Ward, 7511 South 2700 West, West Jordan, Utah. There will be a viewing prior to the service from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates. Place of Birth:Salt Lake City, UtahPlace of Death:South Jordan, Utah
