Felix Agbeko

Our father, brother and friend Felix Kokou Agbeko passed away on March 14, 2023, at his home in Herriman, Utah. Felix was born May 1, 1963, in Ghana, son of Raphael and Mary Agbeko. He attended school at Dzodze Roman Catholic School. He joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission in Ghana. Eventually he moved to the United States where he met and married Kristie Meyers; later divorced.

Felix graduated from the University of Utah in 2000 and worked for many years at Delta Airlines. Felix was a fun-loving guy who enjoyed cooking, reading, traveling, debating politics and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are his three sons, Gideon (Kayla) Agbeko, Jeremiah Agbeko, Isaiah Agbeko; step-daughter Katrina Sackett and grandson Marius. Also surviving are four older brothers; John, Simon, David, and Douglas Agbeko.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at The Copper Creek 1st Ward, 4080 West 12600 South, Riverton, Utah.

Viewings will be held Wednesday, March 29, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Thursday, 9:30-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to funeral services.

Interment, Herriman City Cemetery, 12465 Pioneer Street.
