Fern S. Willis 1928 ~ 2012 Fern S. Willis, age 84, passed away on April 10, 2012, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born April 2, 1928 in Rock, Illinois to Theodore and Myrtle Sistler. Married James H. Willis on August 20, 1948, in Golconda, Illinois. Survived by daughter, Jayne, son-in-law, Ron Wilkins; sister, Pearl J. Ryden; brother, Kenneth Sistler; nieces and nephews, Debbie, Billy, Mike, Skip and Cinda and her beloved granddog, Frank. Preceded in death by husband and parents. Thank you to Dr. David Gubler, Crystal Talbot and her nurses at Diabetic Home Options, Millcreek and Canyon Creek Assisted Living Communities and Silverado Rehabilitation for the friendship and loving care they gave to Mom.
