Frances Frankie Foutz Loving Wife, Mother and Friend Frankie Foutz, 71, passed away July 23, 2012 in Murray, Utah. Born June 28, 1941 in Deer Lodge, Montana, daughter of Luther and Helen Darman Smith. Married John David Foutz July 22, 1972; he preceded her in death. Survived by children: Leslie Pagenkopf, Marc VanHuizen, Jeff (Pam) Foutz, Julie (Gary) Beasley, Dan (Mary) Foutz and Devin (Angie) Foutz; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by son, Marty VanHuizen. Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 28, 2012, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
