Frank Kelly Rasmussen

Frank was called home on March 13, 2016. He passed away in the loving arms of his beloved wife Amy Rasmussen, just before his 44th birthday due to health complications. Frank was born to George and Cheryl Rasmussen on March 18, 1972 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He lived in Salt Lake City most of his life. His nickname was Buba, and he was spunky and fun-loving to those who knew him. He did his best in this life and overcame a great many trials. Frank was welcomed home by his Father in Heaven with open arms. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Jean Rasmussen; grandparents, Raymond and Alice Rasmussen. He is survived by his wife and eternal companion, Amy Rasmussen; father, George Raymond Rasmussen; stepmother, Jackie; sisters, Wendy Janversan (Hamid), and Stacy Lee Drew; children, Christopher, Ann Marie (Skyler), Cheryl, Johnny, Wyatt, and Ashley; two step sons, Cody and Zachery; 3 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all those who loved him, and we will await the day when we can all be together again. Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 19, 11:00 a.m., at the LDS Church building located at 1361 East 4000 South, SLC Utah, with a light lunch to follow.
