Fredrick A. Korklewski, Sr. Korkey Fredrick A. Korklewski, Sr., age 70, (known as Korkey) passed away on November 20, 2011 in his home located in Taylorsville, UT. He was born on January 15, 1941 in Milwaukee, WI to Tony and Alfrieda Korklewski. Korkey also lived in Nekoosa and Reedsburg, WI. He served in the National Guard for six years. He was a long-haul trucker for many years and met his soul mate, Frances (Mellor); they were married on January 25, 1979. His passions included traveling, fishing, hunting, camping, wood working, and spending time with his family. He touched a lot of peoples lives and will be remembered for all time. Korkey is survived by his wife of 32 years, Frances; daughters, Tamara Korklewski and Linda (Keith) Schearer; son, Fredrick Jr. (Sue) Korklewski; grandchildren: Adrienne Korklewski, Ashley Dowd, Alex Dowd, Britney Dowd, Julia Korklewski, Jacob Korklewski, Tim Korklewski, and Tom Fieber; great-grandchildren: Riley Thomson, Trinity May, Kandis Fieber, and Katie Fieber; sister, Joyce (Jim) Brahm; nephew, Matt Brahm; niece, Sarah Brahm; aunts, Marlene Ostrowski and Helen Oszuscik, along with many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Alfrieda Korklewski; uncles, Dan Ostrowski and Frank Oszuscik. A memorial service will be held at the LDS Church located at 4700 South 3700 West, Taylorsville, UT on December 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Following the memorial service the family would like to invite everyone to an open house at the home between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hobbies:Traveling, Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Woodworking, Spending time with familyOccupation:Long-Haul Trucker
