Glenn Howland Cook Gone Golfin Glenn Howland Cook, 79, loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend passed away October 29, 2011. Born May 16, 1932 in Glendale, CA. to Ruby Cederstrom and Veraun Calder Cook. Glenn was a very talented man, his accomplishments include numerous holes-in-one and a 300 in bowling! He had a passion for painting and loved to share his talent with his grand kids. Dad we hope you are welcomed to heaven with a Diet Coke, ice cream and all your pets that preceded you in death. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirlene; children: Teri (Don) Singleton, Kristi (Troy) Bingham, Jackie (Toby) Cordova and GayLyn (Robert) LaSpina, all of Salt Lake; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 sister: Shirley (Dick) Gillespie. Preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2011, 1:30 p.m. at the West Jordan City Cemetery. Viewing will be held 12:00- 1:15 p.m. prior to the graveside service at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
