Goldie Irene Jenkins Malin 1926 ~ 2012 Goldie Irene Jenkins Malin, 85, passed away June 13, 2012 in Taylorsville, Utah. Born October 28, 1926 in Payson Utah, the daughter of Howard Jenkins and Lillis Sanford Jenkins. Married Robert Richard Curley Malin who preceded her in death. Goldie enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and playing jokes on people. Thanks to Bennion Care for their loving care of Goldie. Goldie planned a party for all the residents at Bennion Care Center the week before she passed away. She had a great sense of humor and considered herself a Jack Mormon. Survived by 3 sons: Mike (Janeil) Malin, Randy Malin, & Jeff Malin; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren; sister Myrna Jean. Preceded in death by son, Robert Malin; daughter: Pamela Irene Hambleton & 2 sisters and 1 brother. Graveside services will be held Thursday June 21, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 So. Redwood Road. A viewing will be held Thursday, 12:00-1:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood road prior to the graveside service. Celebration of Life will be held at Willow Pond Park, 6059 So.
