Grant H. French 11/22/20 ~ 06/11/13 Grant Heber French, age 92, passed away June 11, 2013 Grant was born in Montpelier, Idaho to Charles Lee and Katherine Mueller French. Went to school in Twin Falls and Pocatello, Idaho. Served 4 years in the US Navy during World War II in the Pacific under General McArthur. Married Betty Coolidge in 1945. She preceded him in death. Married Shelley Stephens in 1986. Worked in radio and television until he retired. Was an avid Ham Radio operator. Served as High Priest group leader and councilor to several bishops in the LDS Church. Was a faithful home teacher. He is survived by his wife, Shelley; children, David and Timothy French, Christine Critchfield (Jim), John Bertolina (Cindy), James Bertolina (Janeen) and Stephen Bertolina; 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty; sisters, Esther and Dora; brothers, Roy and Clarence Huttel. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 15, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be held, 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. prior to services.
