"Beloved Mother" Harriet Adelaide Campbell Rowley, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away May 5, 2014, after a short battle with cancer. She was born September 28, 1924, to John and Ethel Graham Campbell in Fullerton, Louisiana. During WWII she met and married U.S. Army pilot, Fred Daniel Rowley. They were married December 31, 1944, in Alexandria, Louisiana. They settled in his home town of Spring Glen, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Bountiful LDS Temple. They were blessed with five children. Harriet returned to school and became a LPN. She was an active member of the community, serving in many women's organizations, PTA presidencies, and various church callings. She was an avid reader and loved to sew. She especially enjoyed her nursing career, working with the elderly. Harriet was preceded in death by her husband, Fred; parents; and siblings. Survivors include her children, Marye Wanlass of Amana, Iowa, Paula (Dennis) Haymore of Fairfield, Calif., April (Claude) Wheeler of Herriman, Utah, Debra Rowley of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Fred Rowley Jr.; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Jeanne Rowley O'Neal and Madge Rowley (Orv) Gossman.
