Ian Grant Davis 1979 ~ 2012 Dear Ian, My beautiful, precious son-you are the love of my life! My heart is broken and the tears won t stop flowing. I ve cried you an ocean of tears, now I am returning you to the ocean you loved. The turtles, dolphins and warm waves; the caressing arms of Grant . . . you are safe and warm now. You are simply the love of my life. Love, Mom. Ian Grant Davis was born September 9, 1979 to Marie E. Maxwell in Salt Lake City, Utah. He passed away on January 21, 2012. Ian was very talented and could build or fix anything. He loved to run marathons, rock climb and play sports. He was the ultimate tease as anyone who knew him could attest. He loved his nieces and nephews, brothers and sister; but his greatest love was his mother. She was always in his heart. Ian is survived by his mother, Marie Fox (Bradley); his sister, Amber; two brothers, Aaron and Alex; grandmother, Helen Janney (Joseph); two nephews and three nieces. The family would like to thank all those friends and associates of Ian who have been a part of his life. Ian will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, January 25, 2012, 7:00 p.m. with a viewing from 6-7 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
