Our beloved and devout Wife, Mother, and Grandmother passed away, October 8, 2015 of natural causes to be joined with her Lord Jesus Christ in a heavenly celebration with angels singing. Inez was born on June 22, 1944 to Ramone Jose and Otelina Flora Martinez in Cebolla, New Mexico. Inez met the love of her life Nazario Amos Chavez in Durango, Colorado at the young age of 15. They fell in love at first sight. Nazario saw her and saw beauty at its fullest. There they grew in love, and there Nazario proposed to her on one bent knee with the blessing of her parents. In Salt Lake City, they became joined in union as one in the presence of God on April 6, 1963 at the Cathedral of Madeline. Nazario and Inez remained committed to each other for over 52 years of marriage and 55 years in all until her appointed time to leave this earth by her calling of our Lord Jesus Christ. Nazario cared for her peciously, ardently and unrelenting with peace and joy until October 8, 2015. She loved Nazario with all her heart, and he was her "better half." She was blessed beyond words by all he did for her during their marriage, but especially over the last year with her illnesses and physical limitations. They both served each other - serving God's purpose for each other. While on earth, Inez loved anything to do with God and family, especially reading her Bible and having worship time with her husband Nazario. She also loved her quiet time with the Lord. She loved to spend time with her children Richard and Lynn, Christine and Mike, Ned Jr., Christopher (deceased), David, Robert, Fernando and John as well as her grandchildren Amanda and Mason, Sariah and Ciara, raising them; supporting them; talking with them about their day-to-day lives, desires, dreams, hopes and struggles; inspiring them; and most importantly discussing their walk with the Lord. She loved spending time with her grandchildren - they brought her many smiles and much joy. She was light hearted and along with her husband and children and grandchildren, would enjoy some serious laughter - she was a laugher of laughers. She loved and adored each of them and has a very special place in her heart for them; that place given to her as a gift, like a jewelry box from God, where she treasured each of them as inspired by Him. Most importantly, she also had a place in her heart for the Lord Jesus Christ. Place of Birth:Cebolla , New MexicoPlace of Death:Salt Lake City, Utah
