Hannah Ione Labrum Herzog, age 90, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peaceably Saturday, March 28, 2015. She was born September 1, 1924 in Boise, Idaho, daughter of Leslie Glenn and Estella Mae Bates Labrum. She fulfilled a mission for the LDS Church in Canada and later married Clarence Max Herzog May 5, 1948 in the Logan Temple; he preceded her in death February 4, 2009. She attended BYU Academy and LDS Business College. She was an active member of the church serving in many capacities including ward Relief Society president, ward Primary counselor, family history consultant, choir member and valiant in her visiting teaching assignment. She served as Executive Secretary for Meadow Gold Dairy and Administrative Assistant at Hercules, Inc. She had a beautiful soprano voice and sang in many church choirs. She is survived by children: Karma (Dr. R. Charles) Ward, Craig (Karen); 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 3, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at the Union 4th Ward, 1834 East Creek Road (7995 S.). Viewings will be held Thursday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Friday at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
