Jack Phillips Walker, 86, passed away on November 18, 2020. He was born in Union City, Utah, May 30, 1934. He served in the Navy from June 1957 to September 1961.

Jack is survived by his 3 daughters; 2 sisters; 2 stepsons; 1 stepdaughter; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020, 1:00 p.m. at Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Redwood Road, Bluffdale, Utah 84065.
