Until we meet again, Janine Crowther

Janine Crowther, 51, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from complications caused by pneumonia. She was born April 21, 1973, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Arven and Wanda Crowther. Janine provided a lot of care for her parents. Thank you, Janine.

Janine is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Janine was employed at Harmons Neighborhood Market in Taylorsville, Utah.

Janine was the youngest in a family with four older brothers: Rodney, Jay, Paul, and David. Growing up as the youngest of four brothers, there wasn't much chance of Janine playing with dolls. She often enjoyed playing with her brothers and their friends in whatever activity they were engaged in.

Janine attended Granite High School in Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated in 1992.

Janine enjoyed movies, reading and crafting. She helped care for her nieces and nephews in their younger years, and entertained them as well as herself with many various activities.

Janine is survived by her parents, Arven and Wanda Crowther; her brothers, Rodney, Jay (LouAnn), Paul (Janet), David (Becky); and nieces (Cindy, Leslie, Ashley, Kayla, Riley, Alyssa), nephews (Thomas, Colby, Nathan, Michael, Jared), and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 17, 2025, at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building located at 2101 West 3100 South, West Valley City, Utah. A viewing will be held at 10:00 am before the service.

The interment will be at Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
