Jean B. Bird

Jean passed away August 15, 2018 at 90 years of age. She lived a good life. Active in the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She worked at SLCC for 28 years. She also liked to travel and keep involved with family. She is survived by Pamela (Val) Wilson, Kristine Higbee and Sidney (Trish) Bird; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Beverly Vincent, Nancy Penman, and Gloria Lubbe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert E. and Sarah E. Tullgern Bridge; husband, Walter Jay Bird Jr., granddaughter, Melissa Higbee; grandson, Richard Bird; and great-grandson, Aden Cielinski. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 27th, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where viewings will be held Sunday, August 26th, 6 8 p.m. and again Monday, 10 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
