Preceded in death by wife, Jean Ellen Hawkins. Survived by children: Douglas, Gordon and Brian Jacobsen and Laurie Jacobsen Hutchings; 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Service and interment held Sept. 6, 2013 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Place of Death:South Jordan, Utah
