Our hearts are broken as we mourn the loss of our beloved older sister, Jody. Her happy smiles left us too soon. We will remember her as a loving compassionate generous sister. Jody passed one week after our mother. We feel encouraged that Mom was waiting for Jody. It made letting her go a little easier.
We will miss our big sister, as will those she impacted throughout her life. She was quick to make friends and cared deeply for her family. Jody loved working, teaching, and her dogs. As a teenager, she taught at summer camps and for many years taught swimming lessons to children and beginners. She was exceptionally patient.
One of Jody’s greatest attributes was being a hard worker. Jody had at least two careers going at the same time. We spent our summers in Wyoming and she routinely had three part-time jobs and took pride in never being late to one of them. Into adulthood, wherever she worked, she made herself invaluable as a dedicated worker and leader.
Jody is survived by two brothers Jason (Tami) and Jared (Melissa) and their families.
Dearest sister your brothers will miss you. Your nieces and nephews will miss you. You are finally reunited with the love of your life, D. Bradly Cropper who preceded you.
A loving funeral to remember Jody and Meredith will be held on June 4, 2022, with a viewing beginning at 10:00 am and the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ at Latter-day Saints located at 8136 South Old Bingham Highway, West Jordan, Utah. No masks are required.
