Jonathan Muke Mubiriki

Jonathan was a fun little man to be around; he was loved by everyone who met him.  He loved going to Walmart and would get very excited when his dad sent him to get his shoes so they could go to the store.  My Jojo was full of life; his energy would be truly missed.

It has been a very challenging moment in my life. I've never wanted this pain on anyone, even my worst enemy. Today, I have to say goodbye to my son, my best friend, Jonathan Muke Mubiriki. My little man, my Jojo, I was not done with you, yet son, I had so much to teach you Like a father, should for his son. It feels like a failure; a responsible father will see warnings from far away, Jonathan.  I will love you forever, son. My heart will always wonder for you, my baby, your siblings, has many questions now, and I don't have all answers to give to them for now.   I still do not believe it, son. Why so soon, my God? Why now, my God? If only we could trade the place, I would give my life to you, Jonathan. You shouldn't just give up on me like this. If this is God's will, what's can I say? I'm just a man myself. The only one who controls everything is God, and his choice has ruled over my plans. I will Love you forever, my little man, my son, your father, Eric Mubiriki.

A viewing will be held Saturday, September 19^th, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah.  Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Taylorsville Cemetery, 4575 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah.

Family and friends can gather at the park at 4700 South Redwood Road following the burial.
