Joy Snell Webb

Joy Snell Webb passed away Saturday October 14th. Joy was born in Cowley, Wyoming to Golden C. Snell and Helen Brennan Snell. She attended school in Cowley. Joy married Robert O. Webb April 17, 1948 in Cowley, Wyoming. Together they had four children Paula (Richard Paul deceased), Phil (Linda), Guy (Laurellen), and Lyle (Julee). Joy was a fun-loving person and a friend to everyone that she was acquainted with. She loved family gatherings and to hold and snuggle with the new babies. She also enjoyed the mini hunting and fishing trips with her husband and family. Joy was always making new friends wherever she went. She had a great love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and used it to sustain her in her many trials and always had a positive outlook no matter what was handed to her. Survived by her children; sister Fern; sisters-in-law Ina, Edith and Ruth; 21 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters Joann and Ellen; brother Golden; daughter-in law Sharon; brothers-in- law Uel, Jack and Jay. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 20, 2017, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Rd., where a viewing will be held Thursday, Oct. 19th, 6-8:00 p.m. and again prior to services from 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
