Joyce Ainsworth Love You Always Joyce Bawden Ainsworth, a woman of faith, hope and charity, returned to her Heavenly Father May 22, 2012. She was a wife, sister, mother and friend. Born January 4, 1929 to M. Smith and LaVern Perkins Bawden in Granger, Utah where she grew up, and was her father s tomboy . Married Grant Ainsworth December 28, 1978; later solemnized January 4, 1980 in the Salt Lake Temple. She filled her life with service to others and many friendships. Joyce was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was just released two weeks ago from her calling as Relief Society counselor at the young age of 83. Mom thought she could do or handle everything and amazingly did! Joyce is survived by brother, Kent (Trudy) Bawden; sister, Olive (Reid) Petersen; children: Penny (Wayne) Mower, Peggy (Taylor) Smith, Barbara (Bill) Broderick, Donald Douglas, JoDe (Richard) Moore, Dianne (Jim) Kearns, Judy Ainsworth, Connie (Dick) Steele, Steve (Beth) Ainsworth, Dale (Wendy) Ainsworth, Roger (Christine) Ainsworth; sister-in-law, Sharon Ainsworth; and her beloved dog, Misty. She was a wonderful and fun grandma to many grandchildren who will all miss her. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 24, 2012, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where viewings will be held Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
